13. Hosting and Data Backups
Better Call 4 Help provides secure hosting for the licensed software and associated databases. We also implement reasonable offsite backup procedures to protect your provider data. While we take data integrity seriously, we recommend clients maintain their own backups for critical information.
14. User Compliance
You agree to use our services strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. Any unauthorized access, data scraping, system interference, or fraudulent activity is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
15. Fees and Payment
